These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the hi977 platform and all its associated services. hi977 is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh that offers casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment services.

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

1.2 Account Registration Rules

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Creating an account under another person's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.
Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
hi977 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification.

1.3 Account Security

The account holder is fully responsible for all activity that takes place on their account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify hi977 support immediately. The account must not be shared with any third party, and transferring or selling the account is prohibited.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

2.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at hi977 is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

The correct amount and reference number must be stated at the time of deposit.
All deposits are secured through SSL encryption technology.
Depositing from another person's payment account is not permitted.
hi977 reserves the right to hold suspicious transactions pending verification.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For successful withdrawals, payment is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before making a withdrawal.
Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used at the time of deposit.
Wagering requirements must be met for withdrawals related to bonuses.
hi977 reserves the right to cancel withdrawals in cases of suspected money laundering activity.

2.3 Currency

All transactions at hi977 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not currently available.

3 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at hi977 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500 and the total balance becomes ৳2,500; a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and the total balance becomes ৳37,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). The current wagering requirement is 25 times.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
Bonus bet contribution may be limited on certain games — see the detailed rules for each game.
Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time.
If bonus terms are violated, hi977 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

3.3 VIP Program

hi977's VIP program has five tiers. Regular players at each tier receive weekly cashback and other benefits:

Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Players can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation.

4 Gameplay and Fair Play Policy

4.1 Fair Play

hi977 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps game outcomes completely unbiased and fair.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, software manipulation, or use of automation tools is strictly prohibited.
Deliberately exploiting glitches or technical errors in the game system is prohibited.
Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Syndicate betting or any coordinated attempt to defraud the platform is prohibited.
Harassing other users or damaging the platform's reputation is prohibited.

4.3 Technical Errors

If a technical issue occurs during a game session, hi977 reserves the right to cancel or restart the relevant round. Any reward given due to a technical error may be cancelled. In such cases, hi977's decision is final.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more. The user will be notified by email before the inactivity fee is applied.

hi977's internal complaints process must be followed for any dispute.
If a resolution is not reached through the internal process, independent mediation may be pursued.
hi977's decision is final and binding on all gaming matters.
