Contact & Support
hi977 has two support channels — live chat on the website and email. Through live chat you can speak directly with a support representative. To contact us by email, send your message to [email protected]. Both channels are active seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Yes, hi977's support team can assist in both Bengali and English. Bangladeshi players are welcome to ask questions in Bengali and will receive replies in Bengali. English is also available, so language is no barrier.
Before contacting support, have the following ready: the email address or phone number used during registration, the reference number of the relevant transaction (if available), and a brief description of the issue. This helps identify the problem faster and leads to a quicker resolution.
hi977's support service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. You can connect to live chat even at midnight or early in the morning. There are no exceptions on holidays — the support team is always ready.
Slot Games
When your budget is limited, choose slots with a low minimum bet and prioritise low-volatility games. Wins in these games are comparatively smaller but come more frequently, so your balance lasts longer. High-volatility games can produce bigger wins, but if you cannot afford to place large bets at once, your balance can run out quickly.
Volatility is the risk level of a slot game. High-volatility games pay out less frequently, but when they do the amounts are large. Low-volatility games pay out frequently, but in smaller amounts. Medium-volatility games offer an experience in between. Choosing a game whose volatility matches your playing style and budget is the sensible approach.
In progressive jackpot slots, a small portion of every bet is added to a central pool. The more players participate, the larger the pool grows. When a specific combination or bonus is triggered, one lucky player wins the entire pool, and then the pool resets back to zero. This jackpot can be far larger than a regular win.
RTP, or Return to Player, is a long-term average statistic — it indicates what percentage of total bets a game theoretically returns over a long period. It is not a guarantee, and the outcome of every spin is completely random. A high RTP means the game tends to return comparatively more over the long term, but winning or losing in the short term can go either way.
Casino & Table Games
hi977's table games offer tables with a range of bet limits — from very low-stake tables all the way to high-limit tables for experienced players. New players can practise comfortably at low-stake tables. The specific limits for each table are clearly shown in the game lobby.
Teen Patti is a three-card game where the goal is to hold a stronger hand than the dealer. Andar Bahar is simpler — a joker card is placed face up and players bet on whether the next card of the same value will land on the 'Andar' (left) or 'Bahar' (right) side. Both games are traditional South Asian games and take only a few minutes to learn.
In live dealer games, a trained human dealer runs the game via video stream from a studio or an actual casino. You can watch in real time as cards are dealt or the roulette wheel spins. You can also chat with the dealer. It delivers an authentic casino experience from home.
In roulette, a spinning wheel has numbered pockets. The dealer spins the wheel and releases a small ball — whichever pocket the ball lands in is the winning number. You can place bets on a specific number, a range of numbers, red or black, or odd or even, among other options. The payout varies depending on the type of bet.
Baccarat is actually one of the simplest games in a casino. There are essentially three betting options: 'Player' wins, 'Banker' wins, or 'Tie'. The side whose score is closest to nine wins. The card-value rules are straightforward, and the game determines the outcome automatically, so you can start playing without any complex strategy.
How to Withdraw
Yes, it is possible to withdraw winnings from a bonus — but the wagering requirement must be met first. hi977's welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 25 times, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete ৳37,500 in bets before a withdrawal is allowed.
Withdrawal requests typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. In most cases, funds arrive very quickly via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers may take slightly longer. If your verification is already complete, withdrawals are processed faster.
No, for security reasons withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. The name and details on your hi977 account must match those on your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account. This is required to prevent fraud and to protect your account.
The minimum withdrawal amount at hi977 is ৳500. This limit applies to all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. A withdrawal request cannot be submitted when the balance is below ৳500.
If it is showing as pending, wait a while first, as normal processing can take between 15 minutes and 2 hours. If more time than that has passed, contact our support team via live chat or email us at [email protected]. Providing the details of the request will help us assist you faster.
Bonuses & Offers
Generally, once a bonus has been activated and betting has started using the bonus funds, cancelling it becomes difficult. However, if you wish to forfeit the bonus before the wagering requirement is met, notify the support team. Cancelling a bonus may result in the associated bonus balance and any winnings earned from it being removed.
hi977's welcome bonus has a 25x wagering requirement, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not added. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you need to wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before withdrawing from the bonus. The ৳1,000 deposit does not factor into this calculation.
Each bonus offer comes with an expiry period — typically the wagering requirement must be met within a set number of days after the bonus is activated. If the requirement is not met within the given time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled. The expiry period is clearly stated in each bonus's terms, so read them before claiming an offer.
No, the welcome bonus is given only once per player. It applies only on the first deposit. Attempting to claim the bonus multiple times by opening multiple accounts is a violation of hi977's rules, and the accounts may be suspended in such cases.
Slot games generally count 100% towards the wagering requirement. Table games such as roulette, baccarat, or blackjack may count partially. Different rules may apply for sports betting. Reading the terms provided with each bonus will make it clear how much each game contributes.
